Order
How can I place an order on the WABOHO website?
To place an order on the WABOHO website, simply browse our online store, select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. Once you have completed your selection, you can proceed to payment by clicking on the top right "Shopping Cart" button. If you have any questions about the ordering process, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on the WABOHO website, you will then be able to access the order tracking page.
There you will find information about the current status of your order, including its estimated shipping and delivery date.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We understand that things can change and we will do our best to accommodate requests for order changes or cancellations.

How can I create an account on our site

To log in to your account on our website, click the "Log in" button at the top right of the home page and enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can click "Forgot Password" to reset your password.

What payment methods do you accept?
On the WABOHO store, we accept several payment methods, including credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and e-wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay). However, available payment options may vary depending on your country of residence.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, we take the security of your payment information very seriously. We rely on payment via Shopify, a recognized company which supports millions of entrepreneurs in the creation of websites and which takes care of managing the entire payment part. .
All payment transactions are therefore processed by Shopify which respects the highest security standards.
Can I use a foreign credit card to order from your website?
Yes, you can use a foreign credit card to place an order on our website. However, please note that your bank may charge currency conversion fees or international transaction fees. We recommend checking with your bank for applicable fees before placing your order.

What are the shipping fees ?
Delivery costs depend on your delivery address, the weight and size of your order, and the delivery method you choose. You can see the exact shipping costs for your order during checkout.

Delivery times depend on your delivery address and the delivery method you choose.
We recommend delivery via Colissimo so that your package arrives at your home within 48 hours (excluding manufacturing times).
Estimated delivery times for each delivery option will be indicated during checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order in real time using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email we send you.
If you have created a WABOHO account, you can also track your order by logging into your account and accessing your order history.
Return & Refund
What is your return policy ?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging.

What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us (via our "Contact Us" page) as soon as possible for assistance. We may ask you to send us photos of the damaged item so that we can process your request more quickly. We will replace or refund any defective or damaged item.
