• Make sure that the wick is always less than 1 cm in size.
• Burn the candle for 2 hours then ventilate your space.
• Place the candle on a support so as not to damage your furniture with the hot wax.
• Never leave the candle unattended.

Can I cancel my order?
We completely understand, we change our minds too! Although we would love to be able to, once an order is placed we are unable to change or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window sometime in the future.
If the product(s) are not suitable for you, you can return it to us for a refund.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have received your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping costs are not refundable in the case of returns.
We use COLISSIMO for shipping.

What is the return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
