Our advice for use

  • If your candle wax has leaked into your tray and you wish to clean it, remove the cooled wax residue by hand then clean with a sponge soaked in hot water.
  • Do not put in the dishwasher.
  • Always keep an eye on the flow of wax into your tray so that it does not overflow from the base.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely understand, we change our minds too! Although we would love to be able to, once an order is placed we are unable to change or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window someday in the future.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have received your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping costs are not refundable in the case of returns.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
